About the Role

The Real Estate & Transaction Program is a structured 12-week internship designed to provide undergraduate students with meaningful exposure to real estate, acquisitions, and transactional processes. Participants will engage directly with experienced professionals, contribute to active projects, and gain practical insight into market analysis, financial modeling, and deal execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and transaction-related due diligence.
  • Assist in preparing financial models, valuations, and analytical reports.
  • Support transaction execution, including documentation review and tracking of deal progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Deliver a final project or presentation summarizing key learnings and recommendations.
