About the Role

Join Enterprise Intelligence as a Product Engineer supporting Decision Intelligence products that help field professionals make more informed decisions at critical moments of action. You will own the front-end experience from concept through deployment, partnering closely with product leaders, designers, data scientists, and engineers to create intuitive, high-impact intelligence products. This role is ideal for an engineer who combines strong technical expertise with product thinking, user empathy, and a passion for building experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of front-end applications using React and TypeScript, delivering scalable, accessible, and maintainable user experiences.
  • Partner closely with designers and stakeholders to define product vision, validate user needs, and translate business requirements into intuitive workflows, interaction patterns, and production-ready interfaces.
  • Develop reusable components, patterns, and documentation that contribute to a shared component library and promote consistency across multiple products and user experiences.
  • Integrate APIs, model outputs, and data services into user-facing applications, ensuring accurate data presentation, thoughtful handling of uncertainty, and resilient performance.
  • Influence engineering standards, front-end architecture decisions, and user experience best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience developing and delivering production-grade front-end applications.
  • Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks, and component-based application architecture.
  • Experience partnering with designers and product teams to shape user experiences, refine requirements, and influence product direction.
  • Strong understanding of API integration, application state management, testing practices, and front-end performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
