  • Develop white papers, technical insights, and industry content to position Eaton as a leader in next-generation data centre power solutions.
  • Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, hyperscalers, and engineering consultants.
  • Support pre-sales engagement by advising on future-state architecture and conceptual system designs.
  • Identify customer needs, pain points, and future technology requirements.

  • Identify capability gaps and support development of Eaton offerings aligned to future data centre requirements.
  • Collaborate with global R&D teams to leverage innovation and align ANZ strategy.
  • Provide technical input into complex opportunities and strategic bids where emerging technologies are relevant.
  • Provide guidance on applicability, scalability, and integration into real-world data centre projects.

Requirements

  • Experience working with advanced power system modelling, grid integration, or power electronics technologies.
  • Exposure to emerging architectures such as HVDC, BESS integration, or solid-state systems.
  • Knowledge of HVDC systems, energy storage integration, and next-generation distribution architectures.
  • Familiarity with data center design standards and performance expectations.
  • Strong communication and ability to translate complex technical topics into market-relevant insights.
  • High level of influence and credibility with external stakeholders.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
