About the Role

Lead a large OSHC service in the Mascot area, overseeing a team of Educators to provide high-quality care for children aged 5-12. This role balances operational management with educational leadership, supported by a regional team and centralized administrative resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service operations
  • Lead and mentor a team of Educators
  • Oversee roster management
  • Ensure service delivery compliance with the NQF
  • Foster relationships with children, parents, schools, and the community
  • Grow service attendance
  • Support positive behavior and social-emotional development
  • Plan and deliver engaging, child-centered educational and recreational activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position working with children
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check or state-required equivalent
