About the Role

As the Performance Marketing & Optimization Lead, you will drive agile marketing excellence, precision targeting, and automation delivery to optimize the full funnel at enterprise pace. This strategic role is for someone who has run significant agile marketing campaigns and can enable innovation, velocity, and measurable impact on business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Operations or related field AND 3+ years experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, marketing automation or digital marketing at enterprise scale OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Operations or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Track record running agile marketing campaigns for large organizations, with expertise in precision targeting, media optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of technical marketing operations, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching on agile marketing principles.
  • Strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing automation and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to drive measurable impact through innovation and execution.
  • Skilled at synthesizing insights and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic thinker and clear communicator across all levels.
  • Collaborative, influential, and adept at building stakeholder relationships.
  • Decision-making and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep market knowledge and expertise in sales/marketing operations.
