About the Role

The Corporate Vice President – Product Owner will support the design, development, and evolution of the enterprise Insight & Analytics ecosystem, focusing on advancing the dashboard strategy and user experience for agent, field manager, and home office audiences. This role enables data-driven decision-making by delivering scalable, intuitive, and high-impact analytics products that unify data, surface actionable insights, and improve business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the Product Manager’s multi-year vision for the analytics and dashboard ecosystem into actionable work for agile delivery teams.
  • Own the product backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities and data strategy.
  • Deliver high-quality, insight-driven capabilities using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Lead complex digital, data, and analytics products from concept through delivery and adoption.
  • Align product priorities with business strategy, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholders and build alignment across business, technology, data, and operations teams.
  • Define product vision, success metrics, roadmaps, and value realization strategies.
  • Drive product adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable data products and analytical solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Agile and SAFe environments.
  • Create user stories, develop acceptance criteria, refine backlogs, and prioritize features.
  • Lead PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Iteration Reviews, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs across multiple teams.
  • Conduct user research, gather customer insights, map user journeys, and elicit requirements.
  • Drive organizational change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities for new capabilities and products.
  • Leverage user insights, customer feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Define and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, engagement measures, and business outcomes.
  • Deliver enterprise-scale dashboards, self-service analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or digital experiences.
  • Manage data products, analytical platforms, or enterprise reporting ecosystems.
  • Enable data discovery, self-service analytics, and business intelligence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex digital, data, and analytics products from concept through delivery and adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to align product priorities with business strategy, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to build alignment across business, technology, data, and operations teams.
  • Experience defining product vision, success metrics, roadmaps, and value realization strategies.
  • Ability to drive product adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, including data warehousing, data modeling, semantic layers, data governance, and data quality management.
  • Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable data products and analytical solutions.
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
  • Deep understanding of KPI development, metric standardization, reporting frameworks, and analytical best practices.
  • Knowledge of modern AI and Generative AI capabilities, including practical applications for analytics, insights generation, personalization, automation, and decision support.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures preferred (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into actionable business value and user-focused solutions.
  • Strong experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in Agile and SAFe environments.
  • Expertise in user story creation, acceptance criteria development, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
  • Experience leading PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Iteration Reviews, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
  • Proven ability to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs across multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of user research, customer insights, journey mapping, and requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Experience driving organizational change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities for new capabilities and products.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles supporting digital, analytics, or data-driven products.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale dashboards, self-service analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or digital experiences.
  • Proven track record of leveraging user insights, customer feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Experience defining and tracking product KPIs, adoption metrics, engagement measures, and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success delivering products in highly regulated environments, with financial services or insurance experience preferred.
  • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, master data management, and data lineage concepts.
  • Experience with data discovery, self-service analytics, and business intelligence enablement.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory, and compliance considerations within analytics environments.
  • This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.

Salary/Compensations
