About the Role

Oil Changers is seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic passionate about cars to maintain and repair vehicles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum reliability and functionality. The ideal candidate possesses excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, manual dexterity, and strong communication skills for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and determine the most effective repair solutions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicles, regardless of their age, make, or model.
• Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards to uphold the shop's reputation for excellence.
• Rotate through all Lube Technician duties including Upper Bay, Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrable expertise in diagnostic and repair techniques for all types of vehicles.
• Possess a comprehensive set of tools and equipment necessary for the job.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Reliable transportation
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Must have automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to reach four feet in height overhead.
• Some bending, stretching, and walking up/down stairs will be used constantly.
• Mobility is required.
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protection against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc.
