As a Bank Healthcare Assistant at Nellsar Care Homes, you will be a vital part of an exceptionally supportive team, providing outstanding physical, emotional, and social assistance to residents at Meyer House Care Home. Responsibilities
- Ensuring residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are considered to enhance their wellbeing.
- Following care plans, assessments, and risk assessments.
- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
- Maintaining residents' independence, privacy, and dignity.
- Recording accurate and up-to-date care information using software on handheld devices.
- Adhering to Infection Control procedures.
