About the Role

One Medical is transforming healthcare by making primary care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. This role involves managing a diverse patient panel and delivering high-quality, human-centered care through a mix of in-office and virtual visits as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via occasional tele-health visits
• Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures utilizing specific clinical training
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care as needed

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year of start date
• State licensed in Texas before start date
