About the Role

Adyen is seeking a Regulatory Product Specialist to join its North America Regulatory Team. This role will provide oversight and assistance to Adyen’s product and service offerings, assessing and documenting regulatory product risks, building compliance frameworks, and acting as a representative for regulatory risks.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the clear communication of regulatory requirements across teams, track progress of business implementation to ensure timely delivery, and verify successful execution.
• Coordinate the intake and documentation of regulatory requirements, keeping internal tracking systems up-to-date.
• Work with product teams to translate regulatory needs into product features, ensuring compliance and speed.
• Keep the team connected and on-track, ensuring clarity to meet shared goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of risk or compliance experience, preferably with a regulated fintech company or a US bank.
• Ability to bring people together and keep them aligned on deadlines, projects, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to dive deep into regulations, laws, and rules governing payment processing and financial products.
• Skill in untangling complex problems and creating clear, simple paths forward.
• Natural communicator, skilled at keeping leadership and team informed.
• Team player who values connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and building strong relationships.

• NYC: $135,000 - $175,000 plus RSUs
• Chicago: $110,000 - $145,000 plus RSUs
