About the Role

The Customer Experience team at United Airlines is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and fostering a customer-centric, dependable airline through contact center operations, analytics, insights, and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of auditors focused on quality assurance for Airport Operations Business Partners.
  • Manage development, engagement, and training for the audit team.
  • Prioritize daily auditor activities and implement processes to support business partner performance.
  • Set objectives, develop goals, and manage performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Establish evaluation methods to assess strengths and improvements for the auditing program.
  • Ensure performance reviews are completed following station audits.
  • Oversee and develop initial and recurrent auditor training.
  • Develop employees through counseling, mentorship, and career planning.
  • Lead employees by fostering motivation, mentorship, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of aviation or operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
  • Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for an eight-hour shift.
  • Able to perform physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing, pulling, pushing, and working in tight spaces.
  • Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and other technology.
  • Must obtain position-specific clearances including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, and U.S. Customs.
  • Availability to work any shift, including early morning, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in all temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in environments with high noise levels, odors, and fumes.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of an interview.

Salary/Compensations

  • $66,500.00 - $86,616.00
  • Eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation
