About the Role
Provide remote application support to clients via email and phone while routing sales, licensing, and user management inquiries. This role focuses on improving Canadian healthcare through dedicated service and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote application support via email, phone, chat, and other channels
- Route general inquiries regarding sales, software licensing, and user management
- Monitor and review outstanding cases to ensure SLA compliance
- Manage call and case volumes while identifying trends and suggesting solutions
- Document and resolve customer issues in Salesforce CRM
- Provide internal training to new staff and external training to customers
- Participate in after-hours phone rotation as required
- Support acquisition products and communicate with external contractors
- Maintain case close rates and quality scores within established targets
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and break times
- Promote company culture and contribute to a positive organizational image
Requirements
- Intermediate computing skills
- Experience in a service-oriented position
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional telephone demeanor
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 w.p.m.
- Availability to work any shift during established hours of operation
