About the Role
As a Delivery Specialist at Volvo Cars Toronto, you will support Sales Consultants by handling administrative duties, vehicle preparation, and performing vehicle deliveries to clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop customer service and communication skills while entering the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all paperwork with F&I Managers and Sales Consultants.
- Perform vehicle deliveries with clients.
- Ensure Sales Consultants complete a follow-up phone call the day after delivery.
- Park trade-in and lease return vehicles in the back parking lot.
- Tag keys for trade-ins and lease returns and give them to the appropriate person.
- Ensure all signatures are obtained and all paperwork is completed upon delivery.
- Pre-check vehicles two hours prior to delivery.
- Communicate any discrepancies with the customer and/or vehicle to the Sales Manager.
- Explain the purpose and process of the CSI Survey to the client.
- Perform an introduction to the Service and Parts department.
- Perform all administrative duties requested by Management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence.
- Clear Driver’s Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC registration is an asset.
- Strong business acumen.
