About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated clinician to join our mission, offering seamless in-office and virtual care services, on-site labs, and comprehensive health programs. Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via occasional telehealth visits.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states as needed.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year.
• State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date.
• Passion for human-centered primary care.
• Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
• Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
• Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
• Openness to feedback and reflection.
• Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations.
• Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs.
