About the Role

One Medical is transforming healthcare by providing a seamless, human-centered primary care experience. This role involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting both in-office and virtual visits, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs
• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles
• Perform in-office procedures
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
• State licensed in TX
