About the Role
The Product Manager drives the execution of the product roadmap and initiatives by translating business and customer needs into clear requirements. This role focuses on disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, project governance, and cross-functional coordination to move work from concept through launch and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute product roadmap initiatives aligned with business priorities and leadership direction.
- Translate strategy, customer input, and technical considerations into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and procurement.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making forums.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs.
- Manage feature prioritization based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with engineering leaders to ensure technical alignment and architectural feasibility.
- Resolve blockers and manage tradeoffs to keep initiatives on track.
- Support business cases by gathering market insights and cost-benefit information.
- Coordinate product launch readiness across sales, marketing, and support functions.
- Track product performance and customer feedback to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Maintain product documentation, governance materials, and process artifacts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or project execution.
- Experience in physical product, industrial technology, building systems, or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated strength in requirements gathering, prioritization, and project management.
- Strong technical aptitude and systems-thinking capability.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build cross-functional consensus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies and timelines.
- Strong analytical and business judgment.
- Familiarity with product management tools and frameworks.
