About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and highly organized Runner with a passion for learning, assisting, and making a great impression. You will support the growing team and provide exceptional client service, contributing to a positive studio environment and ensuring a great experience for clients, guests, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the studio and assist the team, ensuring a productive and fun work environment.
• Ensure clients are delighted by their visit to Untold Studios.
• Assist in ordering and managing food, drinks, and general studio equipment.
• Help organize monthly team events, support marketing events, and arrange off-sites and outings.
• Maintain the highest standard in communal areas, ensuring the kitchen is tidy and stocked, and seating areas are clean.
• Solve problems creatively and be prepared to handle any task, from unloading the dishwasher to daily post runs.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Take ownership of workload from project start to deadline.
• Approach the role with a start-up culture and can-do attitude.
