About the Role

EY is seeking dynamic individuals with expertise in Oracle Applications Security and GRC for both on-premise and cloud applications. This role involves helping clients identify, design, implement, and derive value from their Oracle security and risk management practices, addressing challenges in security and controls, business process transformation, strategic risk management, GRC technology enablement, and program/project risk management.

Responsibilities

Work on Oracle Security, Controls, and GRC related engagements, bringing functional and technical implementation experience.
Oversee full-cycle project risk management tasks related to project delivery.
Collaborate effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
Develop materials for engagement activities and business/practice development.
Provide application security expertise and cultivate strong internal and external client relationships to build EY's brand within the Oracle Security & GRC space.
Share technical knowledge and coach/mentor junior team members.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study (Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or Information Systems preferred).
Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in Oracle application security and/or GRC.
Experience with Oracle security, including role design, user lifecycle management, and segregation of duties.
Ability to understand IT risks and their business implications, identify weaknesses, and recommend solutions.
Experience implementing Oracle Risk Management & Compliance – Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Compliance.
Experience with business process controls.
Experience in identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining client relationships.
Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong project and risk management skills.
A high level of motivation, strong work ethic, and self-starting attitude.
