About the Role

As a team member, you will provide exceptional service to guests by warmly welcoming them, operating the Point-of-Sale system, and preparing and serving food and drinks. You will help ensure the store and surrounding area remain clean and inviting. Additionally, you will assist guests with slot machines, troubleshoot issues, and handle ticket redemptions, all while creating a fun and engaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a pleasant experience for all guests by promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Greets all guests upon arrival and treats all guests as the top priority.
• Properly greets guests within 2 minutes of guest’s arrival.
• Assists with maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property including mopping floors, cleaning counters, sweeping the gaming floor, and taking garbage out to dumpsters.
• Maintains knowledge of slot machine games and accurately instructs guests on their operation, and on any available gaming incentives or promotions.
• Works collaboratively with Turning Stone staff to include gaming, technical, TS Rewards, and Cage staff to ensure accurate and efficient gaming operations within the store.

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Bring excellent customer service skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the role.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and positive manner with guests, suppliers and co-workers.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
