About the Role
As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing a client base, recruiting and placing technology professionals in full-time roles, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities.
- Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings.
- Recruit, evaluate, and place technology professionals in full-time positions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase local presence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT-related field or successful permanent placement recruiting.
- Proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High sense of urgency.
- Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business.
