About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Pharmacy Assistant to join our Pharmacy Team at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Based in the heart of London’s renowned medical district, The Harley Street Clinic is widely recognised as an employer of choice. Our pharmacy team delivers a highly specialised, patient-centred service across a world-class campus, supporting multiple centres of excellence—from Complex Oncology and Cardiac care to Diagnostics. As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will play an important role in delivering safe, efficient and patient-focused pharmacy services. Working under the guidance of senior colleagues, you will ensure a high standard of operational support that consistently meets the needs of patients, clinicians and wider stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to core pharmacy operations including dispensary services, stock control and management, medicines distribution, and ward top-up services.
- Collaborate closely with Pharmacy Technicians and fellow Pharmacy Assistants to maintain exceptional professional standards and outstanding patient care.
- Contribute to the delivery of departmental Key Performance Indicators.
- Support the ongoing continuous improvement and development of the pharmacy service.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a Pharmacy
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to prioritise workload
