Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for optimal efficiency and longevity.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior components.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Respond effectively to all emergencies.
• Prepare summary reports detailing findings and recommending actions.
• Become familiar with equipment operation, including building automation, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipment.
• Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and identify and propose solutions for safety hazards.
• Maintain compliance with all State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
• Support after-hours building-related activities as required.
• Attend periodic training seminars.
• Perform other operational tasks typical of a Mobile Engineer.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Hold a Universal CFC recovery certification.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair, maintenance, and system design.
• Willing and able to support after-hours building-related activities.
• Willing to undergo background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
• On-call duties and overtime as required.
