About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise following departmental and ELG standards. You will receive training in a specific department and be cross-trained to work across multiple areas. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on needs.
- Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets ELG standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
Requirements
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and to meet compliance requirements.
