About the Role

The Amberleigh, a premier retirement community in Williamsville, NY, provides quality care to residents in an INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING, MEMORY CARE community.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Ensures that residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by Sonida Senior Living, State, and Federal guidelines.
