Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents.
- Monitor residents and visitors entering and exiting the building.
- Provide security to the property.
- Communicate appropriately with authorities and the Property team.
- Keep an accurate log of all visitors.
- Convey accurate information to appropriate authorities.
- Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
- Conduct patrols of the entire complex.
- Respond to emergency situations by calling appropriate emergency services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General office experience.
