About the Role
Factor, a brand of HelloFresh, is seeking a Senior Healthcare Growth Operations Manager to join their New Channels Team. This role is pivotal in the "Food as Medicine Space" movement, serving as the primary contact for healthcare customers and ensuring better health outcomes for their patients.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily partner operations, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve questions and meet partner requests with a high-touch, solution-oriented response.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, and Nutrition teams to ensure a seamless patient experience and translate complex healthcare partner needs.
- Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics across the healthcare partner portfolio, ensuring data integrity and translating raw numbers into clear updates.
- Support high-impact launches by coordinating launch activities, including setting up user accounts and ensuring referral workflows are correctly mapped.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management, partner operations, or healthcare services.
- Experience in management consulting, healthcare start-up, and/or payor roles.
- Foundational understanding of the healthcare industry, including HIPAA.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS degree.
