About the Role

As a Senior Partner Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing team focused on connecting people and fashion. You will execute the Highstreet portfolio’s strategy by consulting relevant partners and supporting live partners to achieve sustainable growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting Zalando’s platform strategy, services, and technologies in alignment with company strategy and stakeholders. You will also contribute to and lead strategic projects impacting KPIs and shaping Zalando's value proposition for partners. This role is a parental leave cover until September 2027.

Responsibilities

Educate and consult medium to high impact partners on adopting Zalando’s Platform Services and technologies.
Drive profitable growth for a set of brands, aligning with Zalando Group Strategy and compliance.
Acquire relevant partners for the platform and create compelling business cases and pitches.
Generate insights and maximize ROI through data analysis and partnership cultivation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partner roadmaps and actionable partner plans.
Ensure operational excellence in executing strategies.
Work with Product, Operations, and Tech to transform partner feedback into innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot and improve processes, and create new processes as needed.
Support lead in generating new ideas and business opportunities.
Maintain CRM / AI excellence for accurate data and insights within your partner portfolio.

Requirements

Experienced in a marketplace environment and/or a consultant/business development background with a minimum of 7 years of work experience.
Salesperson with outstanding analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to complex requirements.
Experience with process improvement and automation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Confident in interacting and presenting independently and effectively to various stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills.
Self-starter with strong leadership skills.
Ability to take ownership of projects and business problems.
Ability to drive inner-unit growth plans independently, from structuring roadmaps to identifying growth opportunities and translating them into sales.
Passion for creating meaningful success stories and experiences for Zalando partners.
