About the Role
Broadridge is seeking a Senior Settlement Associate to provide outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients, ensuring quality service and operational performance within client needs and contract parameters.
Responsibilities
- Manage RAD
- Process DK's
- Handle free receives
- Resolve DVP/RVP differences
- Process SPO
- Perform pair offs as required
- Perform EOD Balancing and Funding
- Process buy-ins
- Manage Fail Control & Reporting
- File FINRA Extensions
- Perform RegSho 204 Reporting
- Conduct Obligation Warehouse activities
- Reconcile Stock & Cash breaks
- Process new issues, focusing on settlement processing and fails management
- Process ETF Settlements
- Handle Deposit and Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC) for Buybacks and Conversions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of DTC Settlements experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A driven individual looking for self and process improvement
- A willing learner open to new ideas and concepts
- Ability to meet and deliver positive work on strict deadlines
- Ability to strengthen bonds and communicate effectively and clearly with colleagues and clients
- Ability to review processes and identify areas for improvement
- Self-motivated individual aiming for excellence
