About the Role
The US Capital Markets Human Resources team is seeking an enthusiastic professional to support the administrative components of the Talent Acquisition cycle, providing support from coordination and sourcing-related activities through to onboarding and the new hire experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, internal stakeholders, and third-party search firms
- Supporting Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists/Partners with new hire onboarding activities, including collecting necessary paperwork, sending onboarding emails, orientation logistics, completing I-9 forms, and responding to any new hire inquiries
- Collecting, organizing, and filing new hire paperwork within shared folders
- Tracking workflow activity in Workday and ensuring requisitions remain up to date
- Updating Talent Acquisition tracking reports and other recruitment-related documentation
- Helping to maintain an organized background check process and partnering with Corporate Security to support timely clearance issuance
- Ensuring all new hire paperwork is updated and conduct quarterly checks to confirm they are up to date
- Maintain new hire paperwork documents and conduct quarterly reviews to confirm records are complete and accurate according to each state
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
Requirements
- Coordination experience in a similar Administrative, Human Resources, or Recruiting capacity (including internship or University experience)
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role as you will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, prior experience scheduling in Outlook is a plus
- You need to be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.
