About the Role
This position drives marketing enablement across a network of dental practices, ensuring they have the necessary tools, insights, and strategies. The role supports business continuity by managing day-to-day and ad-hoc marketing needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve marketing support requests through the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective service.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support and guidance to practice teams.
- Execute email marketing requests using approved templates and processes.
- Maintain and optimize self-service marketing resources and platforms.
- Track and report on support SLAs, ticket volumes, and key performance metrics.
- Monitor and support management of the corporate marketing budget.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless support experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and practice support services.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, B2B, practice support, or a related role.
- Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing high-volume requests and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and resourceful problem-solver with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Skills
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with ticketing or project management systems (e.g., Halo, Asana) is an asset.

- $80,000 CAD to $100,000 CAD annually
