About the Role
The Trading Team collaborates with Account Management and Business Development to offer strategic recommendations for client retention and business growth. As a Trading Specialist, you will provide detailed performance and pacing recommendations, acting as a platform expert to educate clients and actively utilize the platform. The goal is to become a trusted consultant driving optimal client performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development to drive performance and account growth.
- Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues across Display, Online Video, and Connected TV.
- Provide feedback to Product Managers for platform and product improvements.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to generate actionable insights.
- Present data and insights to client stakeholders.
- Build relationships with agency and brand direct stakeholders to advance business and meet client needs.
- Work with agency traders and planners on campaign setup and optimization recommendations to ensure budget delivery and KPI achievement.
- Become a platform expert to consult and educate clients on new product updates, best practices, and industry news.
