As Talent Manager, Corporate Recruiting, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to define success, identify talent pools, engage candidates, and guide searches from kickoff to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, engage high-quality candidates, support a mutual assessment process, and support offer through close.
  • Develop and execute search strategies that connect each role to VQ’s hiring goals.
  • Translate role needs into clear talent approaches, sourcing plans, and candidate pipelines with guidance from VQ Recruiting leadership.
  • Drive searches with clarity, care, and consistency from launch through final decision.
  • Keep candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders moving through a high-touch, seamless process.
  • Equip and support hiring managers with best practices, tools, interview guidance, calibration support, and structured feedback rhythms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to support hiring needs and build strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Use recruiting systems, candidate feedback, market signals, and search learnings to track progress, surface risks, and improve searches.
  • Maintain strong Greenhouse, Gem, and Workday hygiene, manage search logistics with urgency, and contribute practical improvements to templates, sourcing approaches, interview plans, candidate communications, and hiring rhythms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience; in-house, agency, or search experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or recruiting platforms; Greenhouse, GEM, and Workday experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing or supporting hiring processes from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, and candidate close.
  • Strong client service mindset, with the ability to build relationships, understand hiring needs, and deliver a thoughtful candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Passion for Talent and creative ways of finding, attracting, assessing, and engaging candidates.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and confidential information at once.
  • Energetic, motivated, self-starter who can deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve.

  • VEG has found a way to say YES so their people (VEGgies) are empowered to achieve great things, grow in unexpected ways, and find a place where they truly belong.
  • VEG is rethinking emergency care from every angle—from how they run their hospitals to how they support the people working inside them.
  • The VQ (VEG Headquarters) team builds technology, recruits talent, and brings the brand to life, ensuring hospitals and people have everything they need.
