About the Role
Nscale is seeking a detail-oriented treasury professional to enhance treasury reporting, covenant tracking, bank deliverables, and control execution. This role involves close collaboration with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit to ensure the treasury function is accurate, audit-ready, and operationally disciplined. It offers significant exposure to debt, liquidity, and risk management, contributing to Nscale's governance, reporting, and financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Support the company’s treasury risk and governance framework, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, treasury policies, and related controls.
- Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files, and bank reporting packages.
- Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting, including debt, liquidity, and hedge-related disclosures.
- Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking.
- Coordinate treasury reporting and control activities with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related field.
- Comfortable working with documentation-heavy processes.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
