About the Role

Lyft is seeking entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company and industry. This role owns customer care across key growth initiatives, shaping the support experience and building the necessary platforms and standards for future launches. It's high-visibility work tied directly to Lyft's future growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer care and support experience for Lyft's highest-priority growth initiatives, including international expansion, autonomous vehicles, and new lines of business.
• Partner closely with internal teams leading each initiative to integrate customer care into broader launches, providing a strong point of view on support requirements.
• Balance near-term launch deadlines with the long-term goal of a repeatable customer care platform, making strategic decisions on one-off solutions versus foundational investments.
• Build customer care runbooks, product guidelines, and support standards to accelerate and standardize new market and partnership launches.
• Define excellent support experiences for riders and drivers across new markets, modes, and partners.
• Drive execution with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, legal, external partners) to ensure timely and high-quality support launches.
• Define key customer care metrics, utilize them for prioritization, and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a preference for launch-heavy or 0-to-1 work.
• Proven track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with significant cross-functional dependencies and partners.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking and roadmap creation.
• Willingness to work East Coast hours to collaborate with international and EU-based partners and teams.
• Bonus: experience with international/expansion, marketplace, autonomous, or partnership-driven products.

• $148,000 - $185,000
