About the Role

As an Analytics Engineer, you will join a centralized team supporting departments like Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Risk. You will design data pipelines, build scalable models, and deliver insights using a modern data stack to drive smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics data models and transformations in dbt Cloud and Snowflake.
  • Develop reliable, reusable datasets and business-ready data products for reporting and decision-making.
  • Improve the structure, quality, and maintainability of the analytics engineering ecosystem.
  • Define and evolve the semantic layer, core metrics, and business logic.
  • Lead efforts to document, standardize, and centralize key business definitions in a data dictionary.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable data solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to drive decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries and pipelines.
  • Contribute to AI-powered analytics and data enrichment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on analytical experience in a professional setting.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and transforming large datasets in Snowflake or similar warehouses.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with data transformation and modeling tools like dbt.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Experience using generative AI tools.
  • Ability to integrate or adopt AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
