About the Role

The Resident Services Manager II will oversee programs, staff, and services at each property in an assigned region, aligning with Mercy Housing's mission and values. This role supervises other Resident Services Managers or manages Resident Services for a large state or region, potentially including diverse housing types and program models.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned Resident Services staff in program/service delivery and outcome evaluation.
  • Conduct audits to assess program delivery quality and consistency.
  • Provide strategic input for program supervision and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain networks and partnerships with service providers and community organizations.
  • Assist and train Resident Services staff in developing networks and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Five years of experience in community development or social service program development.
  • Two years of experience in program and staff management.
  • Experience with supportive housing and families.
  • Master's Degree.
  • MFT, MFTI, LCSW, or LCPC license.

Skills

  • Collaborative teamwork, respecting diverse perspectives.
  • High-level verbal, writing, and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of data collection and analysis.
  • Effective staff motivation and supervision.
  • Staff development through training and mentoring.
