Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure high-quality repairs and cycle times.
- Parts ordering & inventory management
- Write accurate insurance estimates, manage customer communication
- DRP shop management
- Perform structural repairs, frame pulling, and panel replacements to OEM standards.
- Deliver flawless color matching, mixing, and premium clear coat finishes using top-tier paint systems.
- Tape, sand, prime, and prep vehicles efficiently to keep the paint booth moving.
- Provide final buffing, polishing, and interior/exterior cleaning for a showroom finish.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for the position applied
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary/Compensations
- Body Shop Manager: Starting $40.00/hr
- Collision Estimator: Starting $35.00/hr
- A-Class Body Technicians: Starting $32.00/hr
- Automotive Painters: Starting $30.00/hr
- Paint Prep Technicians: Starting $25.00/hr
- Automotive Detailers: Starting $18.00/hr
