We are seeking Chinese (Mandarin dialect) speaking Game Presenters for a leading B2B solution provider's Gaming studios in Toronto, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Host and deal a variety of casino games live on camera for real players in a rotating shift work environment.
- Interact with and provide an engaging experience for live players.
- Provide excellent service to clients.
- Maintain the highest professional standards.
Requirements
- Native/fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) (C1), both oral and written.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Minimum of 1-2 years' previous work experience in a service-related industry.
- Must be in the local vicinity and have the right to work and live in Canada.
- Strong work ethic and open to learning.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, pro-active approach with a flexible attitude.
- Sense of responsibility and aspiration to be the best.
