About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to manage regulatory compliance across several licensed markets for a leading international B2C iGaming operator.
Responsibilities
- Manage licensing, renewals, regulatory reporting, and regulator communications.
- Ensure internal operations remain compliant with local regulations.
- Conduct compliance audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Advise Marketing, Payments, Product, and Operations teams.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
- Review complex customer and regulatory complaints.
Requirements
- 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience within online gambling.
- Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulation.
- German GGL licensing experience is essential.
- Experience working directly with regulators is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and report-writing skills.
