Responsibilities
- Analysing business data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including customer bookings, operational schedules, and financial records.
- Analysing customer behaviour, service popularity, and booking patterns to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Monitoring operational data to identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply usage, and staff deployment.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all company systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present complex information with clarity and precision.
