About the Role

Reporting to our Integrated Marketing Lead, you will own the outcome of three core campaigns—Legal, Accounting/Consulting, and Strategic (Big 4)—across North America. You will translate strategy into tangible touchpoints, events, and field activities that drive buyers through the customer journey. Your accountability includes localizing campaigns, executing them, collaborating with Sales on target accounts, and providing performance feedback for continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the regional outcome of the three campaign verticals across North America, against the Integrated Marketing Lead's strategy.
  • Localize campaign content, assets, and experiences for the NA market and target accounts.
  • Plan and run field activity: regional events, account-based programs, and in-market touchpoints aligned to the journey.
  • Partner with sales in-region to align campaigns to pipeline priorities and target accounts.
  • Coordinate with Brand and Product Marketing so campaigns carry the right voice, narrative, and positioning.
  • Track campaign performance in-region and feed results back to Integrated Marketing and Growth & Analytics for optimization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B field marketing, campaign management, or integrated/regional marketing.
  • A track record of executing multi-channel campaigns and field events that drive pipeline in a defined region or set of accounts.
  • Experience planning and running events end to end: conferences, field dinners, account-based programs, and owned events.
  • Comfort working hand-in-hand with Sales on target accounts and pipeline priorities.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to run multiple campaigns and events concurrently.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and measuring campaign performance in-region.
  • Experience marketing to professional services, legal, or financial enterprise buyers (Nice to Have).
  • Experience supporting enterprise or account-based sales motions (Nice to Have).
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense), CRM, and marketing automation (Nice to Have).
  • Willingness to travel within the region for events and field activity (Nice to Have).
