About the Role
Stellar Health is hiring a Marketing Manager to build and execute growth initiatives for health plans and providers. This role operates as a generalist across product marketing and growth marketing, owning initiatives that position our product for targeted account growth. You will partner with internal teams to position and communicate Stellar's product offerings, driving value-driven, technical, and clinical stories into the market. You will also support growth marketing by partnering with sales teams on ABM programs, content campaigns, and demand-generation motions to fill the pipeline with high-quality opportunities. You will sit within the Growth organization on the Marketing team, responsible for expanding the company's footprint and shaping market understanding of Stellar's offerings.
Responsibilities

- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for payor and provider audiences.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop ABM strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting high-priority health plan prospects.
- Act as a bridge between Growth, Product, and Ops, shaping messaging based on field feedback and informing product development with market signals.
- Equip the Growth and broader team with talk tracks, one-pagers, FAQs, and training materials.
- Monitor competitors and market developments in value-based care to sharpen positioning and surface new angles.
- Help manage the marketing tech stack for clean data, reliable attribution, and visibility into campaign performance.
- Proactively use AI tools to accelerate research, content production, and campaign creation.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated depth in product marketing and working knowledge of growth marketing/demand-gen.
- Healthcare fluency with experience navigating the payor/provider landscape is required; value-based care experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting a B2B sales organization.
- Proficient at using CRM and marketing automation tools; experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot is strongly preferred.
- A strong storyteller who can translate technical concepts into clear value stories.
