About the Role
Fenwick is seeking a fund formation corporate associate with 4-8 years of experience to join its rapidly growing private investment funds team. The role focuses on the organization and advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related funds.
Responsibilities
- Organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto-related funds.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation and counseling.
- Experience with relevant corporate and securities regulations.
- Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Top-tier professional experience.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
- Include a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet with application.
