About the Role

This role supports the Group Head and Managing Directors within the Investment Banking and Capital Markets business, requiring a highly motivated and proactive individual to facilitate collaboration across regional offices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, including itineraries and expense reimbursements
  • Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and manage catering
  • Process and track invoices for payment
  • Organize client and team events
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including desk coordination and ID creation
  • Support the Group Head and Business Manager with PowerPoint and Excel presentations
  • Liaise with high-profile individuals daily
  • Provide timely follow-up on assigned projects
  • Arrange coverage for desk or office absences
  • Develop a thorough understanding of IBCM policies and guidelines

Requirements

  • College degree
  • Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Highly motivated and willing to take on ad-hoc work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
