About the Role
This role supports the Group Head and Managing Directors within the Investment Banking and Capital Markets business, requiring a highly motivated and proactive individual to facilitate collaboration across regional offices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, including itineraries and expense reimbursements
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and manage catering
- Process and track invoices for payment
- Organize client and team events
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including desk coordination and ID creation
- Support the Group Head and Business Manager with PowerPoint and Excel presentations
- Liaise with high-profile individuals daily
- Provide timely follow-up on assigned projects
- Arrange coverage for desk or office absences
- Develop a thorough understanding of IBCM policies and guidelines
Requirements
- College degree
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Highly motivated and willing to take on ad-hoc work
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated team player with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle assignments with confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
