About the Role

Seed and grow your career within MLSE’s Groundskeeping team! Partnering with the Supervisor, Groundskeeping, you’ll support the preparation and maintenance of world-class playing surfaces for Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts. This part-time contract role will give you hands-on experience with field operations at both BMO Field and BMO Training Ground. You’ll work closely with facility and operations staff to ensure our athletes compete on safe, professional-quality fields.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation of professional soccer and football fields at BMO Field and BMO Training Ground.
Operate field and landscaping equipment including tractors, mowers, and line trimmers.
Support painting and lining of multiple types of athletic fields to professional standards.
Maintain landscaping around stadium and training facilities to the highest quality.
Assist in the day-to-day upkeep of grounds to ensure athlete, staff, and fan safety.
Collaborate with teammates across Operations to deliver exceptional playing conditions.

Requirements

Flexibility to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfort working outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Valid Full G driver’s license in good standing is an asset.
