About the Role
The Product Manager, Advanced plays a pivotal role in shaping Zebra's product offerings, ensuring products meet market demands, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role focuses on developing expertise in product lifecycle management, competitive market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to innovation and business growth. This is an opportunity to influence product vision, solve complex problems, and create value for customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and customer needs
- Advocate for the voice of the customer, integrating their feedback into product development processes
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Define and execute demand generation initiatives to drive realization of product revenue plans in collaboration with regional product and marketing
- Own product lifecycle management for assigned product lines including tactical execution, managing customer requirements, developing and driving end of life plans and execution of inventory objectives
- Define and manage product offerings following the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
- Drive innovation by identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to create competitive differentiation
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge
- Provide recommendations to influence distribution strategy to meet market needs
- Support product launch by providing a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition
- Deliver product training to sales, sales engineers, technical support and other internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with development teams and other key stakeholders to oversee new product development to validate development is on spec
- Identify beta site targets and draft and implement plans
- Support customer pilots onsite, gathering and actioning customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with AI-driven tools, such as machine learning-based diagnostic systems, virtual assistants, or predictive maintenance solutions to improve customer support operations
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and SAFe frameworks
- Knowledge and understanding of SW applications relevant to the use of the products for the markets and use cases enabled by the products

- Target incentive compensation equal to 12% of base pay
