About the Role
We are seeking high-performing individuals to join our manufacturing team. You will work alongside experienced Machinists and Engineers in a dynamic environment, contributing to daily operations and building world-class customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform major setups and operate machines that remove metal via electrolysis
- Monitor mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical gages and record observations
- Follow established process sheets for speeds, feeds, pressures, and voltages
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
- Keep accurate records for routers, run sheets, and data recording
- Follow all safety and health policies and use required PPE
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain focused on tasks throughout scheduled hours
- Self-motivated and dependable
- 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in an environment with noise, vibration, moving parts, and fumes
Skills
- Manufacturing techniques in metal fabricating, welding, or machining
- Thermal spray equipment operation (plasma, HVOF, flame spray)
- Lean Manufacturing
