About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive key business initiatives end-to-end across in-venue experience, advertising, and internal AI enablement. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to prioritize effectively, and strong stakeholder alignment skills. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and is a progressive user of AI, aiming to enhance productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities

Own key business initiatives end-to-end from problem framing through ship and measurement.
Develop a deep understanding of user and customer needs, prioritize effectively, and communicate insights to the team.
Communicate the product roadmap and vision, build conviction across departments, and ensure alignment.
Utilize AI daily for research, analysis, and prototyping to quickly make ideas concrete.
Evangelize and train teams on AI productivity patterns and build playbooks.
Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and operations to align on priorities and execution.
Define success metrics, ensure proper instrumentation, and focus on outcomes.
Work within a small product pod with design and engineering, maintaining focus on key priorities.

Requirements

Strong customer instincts with a track record of understanding needs and setting priorities.
Demonstrated ability to ship products and a proven track record of execution.
Entrepreneurial ownership combined with collaboration skills across departments.
Extremely progressive daily AI usage for research, analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation.
Strong data analysis and instrumentation skills, including defining and tracking metrics.
5+ years of product management experience on software products.
Excellent communication skills, including clear product writing.
Bias towards simplicity.
