About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure web applications using front-end (React JS) and back-end (Java) technologies.
• Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
• Continuously improve software quality through reviews, testing, and refactoring.
• Manage and prioritize tasks and multiple projects effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Actively participate in meetings, offering insights and feedback while considering diverse perspectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams respectfully and constructively.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, balancing technical details with business needs.
• Take ownership of end-to-end projects and drive them to completion in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience as a full stack developer (Java+ React/Angular) or similar role.
• Exposure to web security.
• Computer science and math enthusiast.
• Experience developing enterprise-level financial applications.
• Hands-on experience in leading/mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with Spring Boot + Hibernate/JPA + REST.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc.).
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Service (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience/Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
