About the Role
VideoAmp is seeking an experienced Account Lead with deep expertise in AdTech and Measurement to manage post-sale client relationships within the independent agency space, driving performance, value, and retention. This role requires a passion for solving complex customer challenges and a strong understanding of tech, data, TV, and digital video.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor ongoing client performance, ensuring campaigns and insights are executed successfully and align with client goals.
- Foster strong, consultative relationships with independent agency clients by deeply understanding VideoAmp's product offerings and value proposition.
- Understand client KPIs and build strategies to exceed performance goals.
- Proactively solve client challenges and identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Establish and maintain a strong vision of customer service excellence and contribute to client success best practices.
- Provide thought leadership and serve as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic initiatives.
- Drive client value through regular performance reviews, adoption trends, and relationship health metrics such as retention and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to help refine VideoAmp's products and processes.
- Stay current on industry trends in AdTech, TV, and cross-platform measurement to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within AdTech, programmatic media, or digital advertising — agency or vendor side.
- Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows; hands-on platform experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients, drive account growth, and exceed performance expectations.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA to manage accounts and track performance.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Passionate about the digital advertising industry and excited to deliver measurable results for clients.
